For technical support, Sandbox and community users are best served through our public Discord, where our engineers monitor threads daily. Pro and Enterprise subscribers should use the dedicated support email included in your welcome documentation, which routes directly to the on-call engineer queue. If you're planning to visit in person, our office is a five-minute walk from Limerick's railway station — look for the terracotta-cream painted door on the south side of Mallow Street.
We set clear expectations so you're not left wondering what happens after you hit send.
Email [email protected] for anything not covered by the docs. We aim to respond within one business day. If your question would benefit others, we'll ask permission to add an anonymised version to our public FAQ — our documentation grows from real conversations, not from a content calendar.
Pro plan subscribers receive email support with an 8-hour response window on business days. Enterprise subscribers get a shared Slack channel and a 2-hour SLA for P1 incidents. For Sandbox users, our Discord community is monitored by Coastal Practice engineers every weekday — you'll usually get a reply within a few hours.
For bespoke contract discussions, volume commitments, white-label arrangements, or integration partnerships, email [email protected] with a short description of your use case. We'll schedule a 30-minute call with a technical lead who can discuss architecture and commercial terms in the same conversation — no handoffs between sales and engineering.
